這是金門旅居新加坡僑商陳景蘭於公元1921年興建的洋樓宅第，也是金門規模最大的一棟洋樓，是金門華僑回鄉興建「番仔樓」代表作。淨白色的外觀讓陳景蘭洋樓多添了些洋味，精緻的雕花與對稱拱門，猶如西洋建築的工法，是陳景蘭洋樓最令人印象深刻的部份。
