清淨口舌與身心的手水舍、古意質樸的佛堂、莊嚴肅穆的八十八尊石佛，以及充滿禪意的枯山水，讓人彷彿走入日本佛寺般，不禁沉浸在寧靜安詳的氛圍中，這裡是吉安慶修院，為日治時期川端滿二為了撫慰移民而建設的佈道所，是一座花蓮縣定三級古蹟，也是現今台灣保存最完整的日式寺院。
