口湖遊客服務中心為口湖地區濕地生態園區的節點之一，設計上以濕地間常見物為意象；以水鳥振翅飛舞的美麗景象為構想，為周圍空曠的草皮地景增添生命力。本設計以地景建築的方式來規劃建築量體—屋頂即是大地的延伸，使人為建築與大地合一。
