菊島澎湖跨海馬拉松，是堪稱為外島首創的A-B點不折返、跳島、不繞圈的賽道，此賽道已於2018年取得中華民國田徑協會之國際田徑總會「IAAF/AIMS國際賽道認證」，搭配賽道沿線設置之特色美食補給及創意啦啦隊，讓跑友們更能全程以一步一腳印的方式，深入體驗澎湖之美。
